Excellent Vet. The staff are friendly and great with handling the pets. Dr. Miller is very thorough, answered all our questions and listens to all our concerns without rushing.

West Concord Animal Clinic is hands down the best vet clinic I’ve ever been to, and that’s largely thanks to Dr. Cole. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about every animal she sees. You can tell she takes the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. It never feels rushed or impersonal.

Dr. Cole has been amazing with my pet (who usually hates the vet!) and somehow makes the experience calm and stress-free. She’s thorough, kind, and just has that rare mix of expertise and empathy that every pet owner hopes for in a vet.

Wow. What a breath of fresh air. Total compassion and caring and attention to detail. Dr. Cole and Dr. Miller are both amazing. The Environment in this clinic is calm and peaceful and loving and caring. No rushing, no sales pitch. Cannot say enough great things. We brought our sick dog to them and we will never go elsewhere.

Andy and Charley are both treated so well by Cindy, the groomer at West Concord Animal Clinic. They both come out looking great. Grooming can be a stressful process for many pooches, but I keep bringing them back to Cindy because she is so kind to them.

I really appreciate Dr. Miller and the vet techs, they have been awesome. They are gentle and compassionate, and I always feel listened to when I bring up any concerns. They are also transparent about pricing, which is much appreciated. I’m very satisfied with the care my dog has received here.

I was extremely impressed with my experience at this clinic. It was my first time taking my cat to the vet since I adopted her, and I was nervous about how she would react as she is blind. Everyone working at the clinic was so kind and knowledgeable and clearly loved animals. It warmed my heart to see such empathetic people working with special needs animals. I would highly recommend WCAC to anyone.

Simply amazing. Competent, friendly and compassionate are only top of the list of what can describe Dr Cole and her staff. She was able to untangle a very complicated health problem for our bulldog, and both my husband and I are beyond impressed with her wide expertise and ability to quickly engage other specialists in different vet fields to get to the bottom of the issue. We are a patients for life, that’s for sure.

We bring all of our dogs to West Concord Animal Clinic. The staff are wonderful. Dr. Miller recently diagnosed one of our dogs with Prostate Cancer. Very sad. She has been following his treatment closely, and calls to check on him. Would HIGHLY recommend WCAC.
