Just brought my recently adopted 10 year old cat in for a wellness checkup and annual vaccines. The clinic was very calm, quiet & clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr Perkins was very gentle and put my cat right at ease. All in all, a very positive experience for both me and my cat.

Absolutely love this clinic! I took my pup here after getting a misdiagnosis from an inexperienced vet at another clinic. Dr Cole was so reassuring and took the time to re-test my pup explain everything to me. Could have had a very different outcome without her second opinion. Everyone here is so kind, communicative and treat my pets so well. You can tell they all love their job and working with animals and are also so good with people. Cannot recommend enough.

I have been consistently impressed and touched with each and every one of the staff at West Concord Animal Hospital. They are so caring, knowledgeable and accommodating and they are never rushed. They always zoom in immediately on the pets to make a genuine connect with each one that I have observed. Today another fur baby mom and I were raving about them and comparing to other below adequate vet services. She drives all the way from Arlington just because of the great staff here after having not so great experiences locally. Maybe the staff’s vibe is why most of the pets I’ve seen in the waiting room are so chill, even dog next to cat!

West Concord Animal Clinic is a fantastic vet clinic that offers the best care and the entire staff is so nice and caring. Dr Cole is so kind and knowledgeable. My cat bubba loves her!

They actually care here. After my dogs appointment, they called to check on him the next day even. I thought that was just above and beyond.

They are extremely honest with what your pet needs, and straightforward with costs. They are so caring and empathetic towards the animals they treat. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
