Andy and Charley are both treated so well by Cindy, the groomer at West Concord Animal Clinic. They both come out looking great. Grooming can be a stressful process for many pooches, but I keep bringing them back to Cindy because she is so kind to them.

I really appreciate Dr. Miller and the vet techs, they have been awesome. They are gentle and compassionate, and I always feel listened to when I bring up any concerns. They are also transparent about pricing, which is much appreciated. I’m very satisfied with the care my dog has received here.

I was extremely impressed with my experience at this clinic. It was my first time taking my cat to the vet since I adopted her, and I was nervous about how she would react as she is blind. Everyone working at the clinic was so kind and knowledgeable and clearly loved animals. It warmed my heart to see such empathetic people working with special needs animals. I would highly recommend WCAC to anyone.

Simply amazing. Competent, friendly and compassionate are only top of the list of what can describe Dr Cole and her staff. She was able to untangle a very complicated health problem for our bulldog, and both my husband and I are beyond impressed with her wide expertise and ability to quickly engage other specialists in different vet fields to get to the bottom of the issue. We are a patients for life, that’s for sure.

We bring all of our dogs to West Concord Animal Clinic. The staff are wonderful. Dr. Miller recently diagnosed one of our dogs with Prostate Cancer. Very sad. She has been following his treatment closely, and calls to check on him. Would HIGHLY recommend WCAC.

With a last minute vacation booked, they were kind enough to schedule a full dog grooming appointment for us with very little notice. Not only were we delighted with the high quality of the grooming, but our pup seem so comfortable there, she almost did not want to leave! Highly recommend!

I have been consistently impressed and touched with each and every one of the staff at West Concord Animal Hospital. They are so caring, knowledgeable and accommodating and they are never rushed. They always zoom in immediately on the pets to make a genuine connect with each one that I have observed. Today another fur baby mom and I were raving about them and comparing to other below adequate vet services. She drives all the way from Arlington just because of the great staff here after having not so great experiences locally. Maybe the staff’s vibe is why most of the pets I’ve seen in the waiting room are so chill, even dog next to cat!

Just brought my recently adopted 10 year old cat in for a wellness checkup and annual vaccines. The clinic was very calm, quiet & clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr Perkins was very gentle and put my cat right at ease. All in all, a very positive experience for both me and my cat.
