We’re so glad to have found Dr. Avery and the clinic! We sought a second opinion from Dr. Avery for our bunny, Totoro, who is dealing with some complex health issues.

Dr. Avery is incredibly kind and attentive to Totoro and to us. He is accommodating, quick to respond, and quick to act. Dr. Avery clearly has extensive experience, and we always leave our conversations with him feeling much more informed about Totoro’s situation. He explains in detail what’s going on and answers all our questions. He also takes our concerns and observations seriously. Dr. Avery is truly compassionate with Totoro and us. He has been transparent about procedure estimates and has considered the costs for us. He has a wealth of knowledge, and it puts us at ease to have him take care of Totoro. We trust him with Totoro, and the only regret we have is that we didn’t have Dr. Avery as Totoro’s vet sooner!

The West Concord Animal Clinic team is so kind and welcoming to Totoro and us. They have been compassionate and accommodating, particularly Ethen and Shaunna. They are organized and quick to answer our calls and requests. They are really sweet, leaving us feeling reassured that Totoro is in good hands. They clearly have a lot of knowledge about bunnies!

I took my cats to West Concord Animal Clinic for their international travel health certificates. Dr. Cole and the staff were amazing, keeping me informed every step of the way. The staff went the extra mile and ensured I received the travel certificates on time. One of my cats has cardiac issues, and Dr. Cole provided excellent travel advice for him. Both of my cats traveled very well, and we had no trouble getting through customs with their paperwork.

Dr. Cole and her great team were a complete , educated, informed, and super caring ensemble planning, checking documentation and all necessary requirements to get Rinpoche, my African Grey of thirty years to our new home in Portugal. They were all amazing and supportive. And now we are safely here enjoying and continuing our crazy journey together. Heart felt super thanks.

Our pup Ellie was a patient of WCAC and they were so extremely helpful when moving Ellie (love of our lives) from Boston to London. Dr. Cole and Sonia especially were lovely, caring and extremely supportive during what was a very stressful time. Their support and dedication to Ellie’s well-being was always their top priority. The attention they showed to every detail curated and executed in order to receive the International Health Certificate was unparalleled.

We needed help with the process of moving to Europe with our pets (a dog and two cats). Sonia and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful from the first call, and kept being engaged along all the steps of the process. Sonia went above and beyond to make sure we could get all the appointments in time and dealt with the USDA paperwork, so we could receive the permits before our departure date.

Dr Cole and the rest of the team were very patient and took good care of our pets. The environment is so welcoming and relaxed I hope we can find a animal clinic as good as West Concord in our new city.

This is hands down the best animal clinic I have ever been to. They are thorough, caring and patient. They don’t rush you through like a lot of places do. The vet, and techs, are easy to reach/quick to respond if you have follow-up questions or concerns about something your animal is experiencing. They truly feel like family! All that being said, they are on the pricey side but you truly do get what you pay for, and with them it’s absolutely worth paying for

Dr. Miller and Dr. Cole have been so wonderful for my Netherland dwarf, Olive. I know that Olive is in great care when she visits as she recently just had to get her teeth filed for dental spurs…and Dr. Miller helped ensure that my bunny got out of GI Stasis. They always call to check-in and really care about my bunny! I am so grateful for this team.

Excellent Vet. The staff are friendly and great with handling the pets. Dr. Miller is very thorough, answered all our questions and listens to all our concerns without rushing.

West Concord Animal Clinic is hands down the best vet clinic I’ve ever been to, and that’s largely thanks to Dr. Cole. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about every animal she sees. You can tell she takes the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. It never feels rushed or impersonal.

Dr. Cole has been amazing with my pet (who usually hates the vet!) and somehow makes the experience calm and stress-free. She’s thorough, kind, and just has that rare mix of expertise and empathy that every pet owner hopes for in a vet.
